Is there a more precise Addon to see the combat log?

Is there some addon that shows miliseconds and more details?

If I use the search function I got too much results with combat addon.

I doubt it, millisecond precision would undoubtedly put heavy stress on the server

Timestamps are values provided by server side, there are addons only to tune up way of showing dmg done/heal done. I use Tortall dps core + Tortall simply combat chat (Tortalldpscore + Tortall_SCC). There is option Tortall DPS to show window with cumulated dmg/heals but useful only for testing, in rvr/sc over time makes game laggy cause of data colected.
