Hopefully never. It's a great thing that you can trade your stuff around between alts and friends. If they plan to change this I hope they give the players a heads up.

Agree with this. No BoE or BoP well help newer players get geared up whilst keeping very best gear exclusive. Have to always keep in mind the original design of the game was to support a subscription model.
