Squig Armor Mount

I've been looking forward to the Squig Armor changes but have not bothered playing mine because of the inability to use a mount. Do some people already have access to it or is it some exploit?
I've seen an awfully fast Squig Herder in Squig Armor and mounted on a wolf while in Armor as well.

No one has access to it yet. I've seen the same thing rarely, how to reproduce would be helpful.

Afaik, one can perform any kind of action (e.g.: start to move/jump, cast an instant etc), at the very end [= the very last bit] of a cast - the initial cast will go off regardless. Obviously, latency greatly influences this very kind of 'responsiveness' of casts additionally.

Start the mount-cast, hit Squig Armor just before/as the mount-cast goes off ~ it should yield similar results to the above example.
Spoiler:
Abbd.:
A more tangible example: Healing on zealot/runepriest (or any healing for that matter), chaning the big heals or gheals into flashheal - hitting flashheal at approx. (100>x>)98%ish** of the cast will have the long cast go off with/after flashheal. The cast with the most leeway in that regard, that I've found, is Rune of Serenity. It is basically akin to an animation-skip, while healing you can't really avoid it.
**Tested the skip on my sorc just now ~ you gotta be frame-perfect basically, but the 'skipping' is possible.

My tip while trying to reproduce it: Jump at the end of a cast until you pinpoint it down, its hardly visible if you don't pay attention to it, especially on a Sorc for some odd reason - Runepriests feel a bit more lenient in that regard.

Tested the skip with a mount, you can start performing actions at like 98%ish*** without breaking the cast - damage casts and such still break mounts after the fact, but Squig Armor should work just fine with it. Sadly my git isn't lv10 yet and you haven't rolled out the changes to gieeef me dat lv1 Squig Armor+/special combo, so I can't test it myself. :(
*** It is oddly inconsistent, lol. Latency is probably contributing alot more to it than I initially thought.

Note: Actions that incur casts themselves interrupt prior casts, while I am not even sure whether interrupts (taunts and alike) are working properly if they are applied at these breaking points (100%>x>98%ish**), tbh.

I thought it might have been something similar- I tried the cast jump back roll animation etc bit back when I first posted but wasn't able to execute it.
I've seen him mounted multiple times so I figured he might've been given the item to test it...
