Issues logging in on certain toons

Lately, I've been having constant issues with logging in on certain characters.

- Restarting the game doesn't solve it.

- typing /stuck x2 on loading screen doesn't solve it (it only moves my toon to Nordland, when I finally does manage to get in).

- The location of the toon doesn't seem to matter (i.e. it's not tied to Altdorf/Sigmar's Hammer etc).

- As mentioned, it only affects specific toons, even though all my toons share same UI setup.

- None of the affected toons have a full quest log.

- I never had this issue earlier, at least not as consistent. It's only within the last month or so that it's become persistent.

- Only way to solve it seems to be to log another toon without the issue, log out, and then log in on one of the affected toons. But even that method is not a guaranteed success.

Any ideas as to what is causing this?

Check Quest items tab - try deleting all
Check Auction house - try removing AH items
Check mail - Delete old mail
May also be tied to your guild if in one
