Order / Chaos player count unbalanced

So I just started here but noticed:

In all tiers Chaos is heavily overrepresented.

So far i've only been able to participate in RvR in tier 1 where its ~64% Chaos ~36% Order. Being outnumbered by that much resulted in a heavy stomp. But the ratio on the main page doesn't seem to show a change in higher tiers.

My question is:
Is this only a temporary issue or has it been around for some time? Should i switch sides or leave the server?

You see it the wrong way. The more enemies you have, the better. Form a group, no warband and learn your class. When you do it right, you earn significantly more rewards than the bigger side.

Bit of an overexaggeration? Besides, you shouldn't come to any conclusions based on your experiences in the lower tiers. The endgame is relatively balanced (in terms of numbers, skillwise its another issue altogether)

Don't fret! The population changes daily. If you find you're not having fun in rvr because it's too one sided, join some scenarios, do some quests, etc.

The thing is. Even if one side looses the zone, they will get still a reward.

So if one side is dominating, it is not only them getting everything.

Yesh.... a premade 6 man farming AAO? Isnt that kinda a bit try hard for T1

Population balance is like a great wheel, as it turns both sides experience the same lack of allies and zergs of enemies, be it just this zone, tier or server-wide faction balance.
