Launcher not launching game

Hi All,

Having issues with the Launcher. When I double click it. Screen briefly flashes and then back to the launcher and unable to connect again unless I restart the Launcher. Last couple of days I had been able to connect via my VPN due to the Black screen error, but not working anymore. Prior to that I was getting the Black screen and had fixed it by reinstalling .NET 4.6. Have added game to both antivirus and router exception lists...

Have to Launcher running as Administrator as well

I have checked the Event Viewer and found the entry below. Anyone able to help?
