Hello everyone

My name is Lawrence, I'm an 26 years old, I've been a fan of Games Workshop for quite a long time, my favourite race in Warhammer Fantasy is the High Elves, and in 40K the Space Marines (Ultramarines).

I look forward to know everyone, and also see the High Elves get added to the game, as they are one of the core races in the Warhammer Fantasy Universe

Umm... High Elves are in the game since launch.
You sure you aren't mistaking this for a Total War: Warhammer 2 forum?

I thought only the Empire and Dwarves are in the Order faction, and the high elves are coming up later, i could be wrong.....

Yes, you are.
Since Warhammer Online originally released in 2008 the Order had the Empire, Dwarves and High Elves. And Destruction had the Greenskins, Chaos and Dark Elves.
That's why you'll find a very full section just regarding High Elves within this forum.
