Locked out off account

Hello,

I have never changed my password and I am trying to login and its telling me that I have the wrong username or password combo. Is there a way to get my password reset?

It appears to be a problem with the PHPBB extension to the forum.

We are currently working on it. You should be able to log back in on your account within a few hours, all going well.

Your problem seems to be something else than the forum problem.

If you can login, just go in your User control panel (in the header of the website, on the right of the logo), and then in profile, edit account settings, you'll be able to change it. When saved, it'll force game server sync.

I've tried that. Still says I have the wrong account or password for my launcher login. Not here. I am using the same username and PW here that I am there and its not letting me login. I was banned for 5 days but that ended on Wednesday idk if that has anything to do with it.
