Server Lag

I do not know what happened three weeks ago but every day the lag gets worse and worse for me. It has gotten tot he point i can not even farm anymore without getting kicked off every five minutes or freezing in middle of combat for ten to twenty seconds.
Up till three weeks ago, maybe four everything was fine but since then .... sad panda time

I've also been freezing in combat, sometimes it doesn't go away so I have to x out of the game. :?
