CSR encounter and treated like ****. Is this normal?

I had an encounter with a CSR person who was rude, completely irrational and a downright nasty person. Who can I contact to report this and correct their overreach of power and harassment?

I've recently come back to this server and love it, but this encounter has left me wondering if I want to continue playing here. I was blown away with how ridiculously rude this encounter was. Any help on who to contact would be great!

Wargrimnir is the Head GM, just don't forget to provide proof that you have been unfairly treated by another GM

You seem to have mistaken a CSR with a GM. This is not a customer service role, it's rules enforcement. GM's don't need to be nice, they're here to set you straight on whatever you're doing that we have a problem with.
