Cant't win, won't play

Bit of a rant here.

Clearly need to edit this as people think I am whining about being facerolled. I dont care about winning or losing, pugs or premafes. the point is that even standing no chance as a r31 slayer against r40's in SC's I still give it my all and fight to the last.

My issue is with people who go afk and give up

What annoys me are the afkers who take one look at the enemy team and sit in spawn till sc is over. This is not just order, was in a maw of madness sc with whole order team sat in middle while dessie afk'd in thier spawn.

Is there a way to deny afk's emblems/renown?

There is already a system that kicks afk people, however i think its more urgent to make one so you are not allowed to ever enter a sc anymore.

1. People in server know already some players premades and they are close to rr80 with atleast full gear on them. Which means that there is little to no chance when you are in scenario where there is no premade of your own that has atleast some decent rr/gear to make the fight little bit more equal. Fact is that this game has been designed from the start to be played with 6 man premade teams not play alone soloing, where slayer is maybe the worst character to play.

2. Some have mentality about feeding the enemy when there is only 1 or less healers in sc and the other side have like 4+ healers, this will usually mean it's hopeless to win with random people.

3. This is just my personal opinion, I never understood why characters ranked below 40 don't have their own sc or stay in sc's from 16-39 and only join t4 sc's when they get to rank 40. The scenarios just get even more inbalanced when there is characters below 40 on 1 side and the other have full 40 team. Just bad balance.

These are just my own observations. Just lvl to 40 doing orvr or pve before joining sc's.

Thing is, I like SC's.

Not complaining about the level diff, it's the afk players just farming emblems that annoy me.

Why get farmed? Shouldn't punish players for not suiciding into enemy ranks. Which a lot of players do regardless they win or lose, mind you. AFKing to spite your team or out of carelessness is different than refusing to be farmed, IMO. If there is a way to win that involves not suiciding, like PvEing bases in Nordenwatch/Reikland, or running/intercepting the part in Serpents, thats different. But if enemy team is competent and just have the SC on lockdown, it's gonna end quick anyways so why feed them renown/emblems? Just take the loss and requeue. No one is getting many emblems, if they get any at all, off the sort of loss you're describing.

It baffles me that t4 isn't exclusively for rank 40s.

Yeah sc's are fun until you hit the rank 40 scenarios. Basicly where you are now means that you need to lvl up, farm ruin gear & start grinding for orvr for medallions to get better gear etc. Conqueror. What I am trying to say below t4 the scenarios are a lot more random vs random. In t4 it's more than likely premade and in pug scenarios it's small 2 man party teams.

Youre a lvl31 Slayer solo queuing without a guard. Your side is one man down from the start anyway. If you are a low lvl mdps you really need to have a tank with you or you just screwing over your team.

This is actually a good idea, to create that separation. Granted I am not asking or even really suggesting the Devs do anything here, I am only saying I agree with Thamor. My opinion is more people ranked 16 to 39 would probably Q for SC's if they had one or two dedicated to them.

If you pug scs on a sub40 Slayer... you can consider yourself 'afk' and 'leeching', even if you were to 'participate'.
Level the Slayer to lv40 through Ruin grind, get the BL set and a gutslime weapon right after ~ pray that by then a guild/group picked you up, or invest heavily into a setup that matches your solo nonsense.

Until then, you are a liability and shouldn't moan about other players - tho', I do agree in a sense, certain cases of afking (those that occur outside of factual spawncamping by premades/in SCs that can be won by backdooring and solely playing the objective) are obnoxious.
