help pls

played about a year ago, came in a month ago I did not have any characters, I created new ones and pumped them, and today I go I do not have them, but those who returned a year ago can somehow correct and return my characters?

I'm writing a translator through Google, I'm from Russia and I do not know English, but please return the characters to me))

Also, you appear to have two accounts. Both have characters on them. Get your passwords correct, you can reset them from the login page on the forums.
