Can't finish the quest "Da fings wot got Boom"....

....cause the Git on the Barrels near the Flightmaster in IC is not there where he should be. anyone knows how to finish the QUest and get the Title? or is it planed to remove that quest, but i didn't find anything about that quest and in ROR wiki the quest is still existing and explained....
