Same, I can load up the launcher but clicking Connect just greys out the button and then nothing ever happens. =/

Servercrash after 2. Keepdoor Attack in Kadrinthal. Second in 2 Days and no Bags.

On my machine the RoR Launcher is working, has Web Server and Login Server marked in green, but the new patchnotes window on there is missing. When I click to connect, the Connect key greys out too and the game won't launch. Thanks for confirming it's not just me, I was worried!
