WBs Visual Bugg

Does anyone know about the problem that is happening on the enemy when a PT / WB is formed? People in PT are bugged, some do not appear, hp stands at more than 250%, many actions do not work.

Been ongoing for a while -- not a UI issue. Happens with the default UI. Unless you're in a full party in wb, it's hit or miss whether the party member hp will update.
