Skip tier 2 and 3

i don't think they will skip this Tiers. WAR was not only T4, the spirit lived in every single Tier. many people are exited to play T2 and 3 again. like me.

Community needs to grow. 150 people max spread over tier 4 would be pretty thin.
Grow like the daoc emu servers over several years they have had upto 1400 on.

Ok how about they instead could fix alt appearance to work and were all give sov items that have no stats and we can just dress up our characters to look like a boss

T1 rvr is great for our current player base but I wish t1 armor didn't look so lame
