Check out the forums. TONS of things have changed since Live. The Wiki on the top is up-to-date(ish). The Career Builder is 90% up to date with mastery and ability changes. If you have any questions on your specific class, when in game type .ab changelist and it will provide a complete list of changes to that class from Live.

When you get the stuck in combat bug, in the /say channel type: .u OR .unlock

If you get stuck somewhere, in /say channel type: /stuck TWICE. Using /stuck twice teleports you to your racial starting zone.

You can also check out the patch-notes for info on how ORvR is different(there is no t1-2-3-4 anymore, T1 is lvl1-15, then End Tier is 16-40 and includes every ZOne. Battle starts in T2 then moves to T3, then T4 zones. SC brackets are 1-15, 16-30, 31-40) and it is constantly being adapted and made better*.
