My BG lost half a level and reknown rank which had gained about 2 hours ago.
In detail: When I got him lvl 12, I logged my runnie, and after 10mins there was some kind of server crash. When I logged the runnie he was in a "Dangerous Zone" (map was not available for that region!!). When I logged back my BG, I had lost all XP/RR I had gained the last time I played him.
