Close launcher, delete vo_english.myp file, run launcher again. It can take a while after that.

While updating launcher:

could not download file from server WAR-64.exe

downloaded the file you gave us and inserted it but didnt help he keeps downloading the files and returns to the same error message at WAR-exe download

I downloaded the file from link above, copied it into game folder, still have the same bug message
