[SW/SM] Utility class?

This might be an odd question, but I want to make a class built around utility. I messed around with SH and BG on Destro and saw that they had a lot to bring to the table in this sense, what does order have that does similar? I figure a 2h SM built right or a SW, what classes in order bring much needed utility to small and large levels of play while still being viable?

Knight and Ironbreaker in my opinion. Swordmaster is more of a dps tank

After messing around with a SW they seem to have some nice utility going on, can they keep up with other dps?

As the previous guy said, 'utility' is more the domain of KoTBS. SW has a 100% healing debuff uptime which is nice; with the new unshakable focus morale they can ignore taunts/detaunts. But no, they can't compare to how ridiculous BM/Sorc are in pure damage output usually.
