Can anyone confirm that this tactic avoids 100% of resistances ? I thought I remember long ago that it was nerfed to 50% but I can no longer find or see that change listed anywhere. The careerbuilder site states its 50%. The in-game tooltip reads 100% .
Does anyone know for certain ?
