ability question for Rune of Cleaving.

Hi was just wondering about Rune of Cleaving dot I have. Is it supposed to have a delayed 1st tick? Right now it seems like its not starting it's 1st tick for at about 2 secs after it's cast. Does that sound correct because I thought 1st tick was supposed to be after cast + travel (which is 0 here) ?

Some dot ticks apply on initiation, some apply after X seconds.

which DoT apply on initiation if i may ask ?
That class have big advantage on object play in SC.
should mark them.

Potent Enchantments too iirc. I don't really know honestly, they're few and far between.
