I managed to solve it, seems like login servers are blocked by my ISP or smth.

VPN = Virtual private network.

A VPN changes your visible IP address on the internet and redirects your physical network traffic.

You install a program that allows you to connect to a company's VPN service which they handle. I personally use Private Internet Access and never had any issues.
