[Alternate Appearance] for gear affecting +1 bonus from sets

I altered my boots,head and shoulders appearance and lost the extra point from +1 tinkerer abilities using annihilator set. This only showed up after altering either the head or shoulders

Have to re-visit trainer and acquire the tactic again
