Does said tactic even work cast it loads of times last night and not once did it re apply itself

last time i used it it worked, must been over a year ago. If you have problem with tactics not working, unequip them and then put them in again.

I tested on the dummies and it seems to be broken, at least the duration part. Couldn't test the cleanse part.

The thing is, its a 50% chance so RNGesus could be playing tricks on us.
