Nothing except : Cinematics, Credits, Settings and Quit...

Greetings. I downloaded everything , installed it according to the guides. Everything went smooth, got no error messages. But i simply cant play /create character /choose server. Only those 4 Buttons mentioned in the Topic Subject appear in the main menu.

I tried the torrent download, the mega download and the direct download. And the data.myp file somebody posted in the forums. I also tried the "performance counter rebuilder" , the start as admin and the uncheck "read only" option. It just doesnt show me the botton to create a char and play the game.
I really really would like to play this game, because it offers a unique and wonderful experience for people that love the warhammer universe.

Please help!

the servers having some issues atm

You could try it through hotspot shield or some similar product. There was some issues with the game not launching wo it I guess mainly because of routing issues on local ISP.

I've had the same problem. Check out this list of things that have worked for a lot of people; viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2904 Also follow the thread from there for further ideas on what to do with it, as well as posting your solution if you manage to find one.

Where can i see that the servers are up? in the ROR launcher it shows me both login and webserver as online. Is that information not correct? <confused>

Hmm, it helps with many things, but i have none of the problems mentioned in that thread.

While reinstalling from the 10 directly downloaded files i might have overseen this though:

! E:\Warhammer Online Free\10parts\Age_of_Reckoning_client.z08: Checksum error in E:\Warhammer Online Free\10parts\Age_of_Reckoning_client\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\vo_english.myp. The file is corrupt
! E:\Warhammer Online Free\10parts\Age_of_Reckoning_client.zip: The archive is corrupt

This was shown by the winrar diagnostic tool at the end of unpacking.

I tried re-downloading the file, but it shows the same error

OK i tried winzip instead of winrar. i get the same errors while unzipping with both.
I tried re-downloading the mega files, the 10 part direct files and the torrent file. They all dont work.
The Warhammer folder via the torrent file ofc doesnt need to be unpacked so i dont get unpack errors, but i still dont get any play/create character button in the game.

Please if anybody knows if iam doing something wrong let me know!

Ok tried the mega-upload again. had problems with world.myp file. now i redownloaded and didnt get the error. but still no create char button.
