NO quests :(

Since yesterday i dont get any quest in all cities :/ anyone know how to fix this?

they are working again for 2 days now ... there was an improvement too

symbols are now showing!

They WERE working fine for a while. At the moment, they're not.

Any clue to what's causing the issue? Since the fix on quests have gone so quickly before.
