Also always get the message?
The Launcher is outdated due to your ISP trouble.

I get this problem. After tinkering the problem seems to be related to moving the files.

I download to a downloads folder on drive A then move all files to drive B including the launcher file but in drive B (where I want the game) the launcher does not connect to the servers, the connect button stays greyed out and the server indicators are amber/red and no text in the message box.

If I load the launcher from within my downloads folder on drive A (where I don't want it) the launcher connects, the connect button is lit and the server lights are green.

I have checked files are not reloaded and copied them over multiple times, still the same issue.

So...wtf?

Actually, further tinkering has resulted in the following.

When I extracted the torrent I told it to save in a subfolder titled WAR. Within this it created the folder Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning with all the files within. When I copied over I copied from Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning and did not include the WAR folder.

This does not work.

When I copy over WAR with Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning within and then all files within that it now works. Seems it needs the full directory structure to whatever you extracted to to work when it moves location.
