I'd like to know this too. I just started here but I have no idea where to farm for gear (lvl 8) so all I have is some basic junk and store bought items and to level I have to GRIND forever. I'd like to play this for the PvP but zero quests work and there's tons of lag.

If you give everyone gear and maxed characters, what's the point? I understand the PVP is enjoyable, but the reward just isn't there when you run through everyone when the armor and level is given to you. I've played on MANY Wow servers like that, it get boring after about a week. This server will never do that. They have stated MANY times, their goal is to recreate Warhammer Age of Reckoning as it was when it was shut off.

For now, the quests are working.
