what is the problem with the textures in the first screenshot ? how to fix this problem?

if you get problem on texture, must be something related to game file, gpu or direct x

I have two clients warhammer, and everywhere seen this error (both clients from different sources , ENG and the other one RUS), installed net framework 4.5.2, Direcx 11 , GPU amd radeon hd7610m 2GB, the driver is installed . What could be the problem, the problem on both clients warhammer ?!

It's your grafics card. Had this issue only with AMD/ATI cards.
Dying is no option.
