Server lag/delay

I may be completly wrong, but it does not seem like a 'lack of restart' issue. In last 1-2 weeks server is getting increasingly more laggy&delayed. Maybe some problems with either server software or hardware? or networking?

Well i am not sure if restart will help, but that is what i hear from the most ingame.

Huge ass problems ... lag spikes vary from 2 to 4 minutes... small bugs which could easily get fixed are ignored , etc.
That is so unacceptable. Even more that none of the staff which is able to restart the server isn't around.
You got like what? 12 staff members? Yet none is ever around to keep an eye on the server.
Why aren't there GMs online? You got Devs that are supposed to deal with hackers? Why not have GameMasters? Devs are supposed to be coding/fixing stuff, not banning people and check for hackers...I know you all do this because you want to and you gain nothing from it , but please don't do something just to have it done. Put some heart in it.
I have been trying so hard for the last 4 months to see any kind of Management of the server and staff but i fail to see any...it's pretty much like everybody does what he/she wants. W/o a well set base there cannot be an order in anything.

Wish you would consider the idea that a server is not just about coding and fixing. The community is the very big part of it. And at this point the community of this server is quite annoyed by all this.Your loyal players turned to other games because hell ... WAR ain't the only game out there... it ain't the best one... there are so many new games to attend to. Should take that into consideration.
Server's player numbers dropped from about 130 online daily to what ... 70 - 80? It is sad( in weekends...) People are patient but not for ever. They wanna see improvements, progress, support. In all honesty and you can hate my guts for saying this but none of those were shown lately.

I do respect everyone working on this server, spending their free time so that we can enjoy playing this game, but i see all these colored names in the staff yet i have no idea why, we have so much staff working on this , we don't really see anything going on. (not to mention that about 60% of them aren't even active as i saw for the past 4 months , also would love the idea of getting some feedback from staff on what they working and such - i.e. videos Luth took, awesome)

You got so many applications from people that are willing to help ... you encourage everyone to apply but never pick anyone ... i myself wanted to apply for a GM position as i am online everyday and enjoy helping people (was in server management for more than 3 years, Staff manager , GM , HGM) but when all i see is ignorance ... meh. People offering their time and skills to help and none cares...

Do not get me wrong , as i said, i respect and thank all of you for working on this , for spending your free time on us basically.... but come on, don't make fun of us. We , the players are actually what make the server.

P.S. For how much longer you gonna let those abusers play freely? Just a reminder ... they screwed up the game for all of us.
