[Enemy] incoming heal debuff icon

It seems that the copy of Enemy I have doesn't trigger the incoming heal debuff (the broken heart icon) on my unit frames when a Slayer applies Deep Wound to someone in my party/warband.

Would anyone be able to quickly tell me how to add Deep Wound to the list of abilities that trigger the icon to appear on the Enemy unitframes?
