Missing mail with WP staff

Mail system is still not functioning correctly. The advisory message has been removed since the last news update on an event was posted.

I've corrected it, so that the message should also be displayed on the launcher for new players who don't know this.

I have had no issues mailing deci gear to ppl tho you may want to read the bright red writing on the launcher, which would most likely stop the endless threads ppl make on a weekly basis.

After getting a choppa bq today to send to my brother I see that the warning message on the laucher is gone so I assumed that I was now safe to send mail between toons so when I sent the bq via mail then checked on his toon lo and behold that it was not received. Is there any way to get back items lost via mail?
