Best solo-PVE class

I'm looking for something to play when I want to relax from the intensity of RvR...a class that can run around purely PvE soloing PQs and questing. So far I'm enjoying that on my DoK, but is there a better class for this? No preference for Order or Destro.

Solo dot spec BW is best solo class. Hurry up and roll one before BW gets nerf bat. It's the only class that hasn't been touched in 2 years.
