game keeps crashing

Hi
since i made windows10 on my computer i have had problems with the game. first it took almost 2 days until the game was installed with all the updates and then I didn't get into the game. I then read as in the forum over the link that replaced a music file. I come into the game now, but I am thrown out of the game every time I enter the RVR or enter a zenario. we have already tried 2 times to reinstall everything including the hard disk that we reformatted. My husband and I have been sitting there for a week and unfortunately do not know what to do next! I hope someone else has an idea what else we could do!

If you downloaded using the launcher and not the torrent you will have an issue with your audio.myp
