Forum login is OK but game login didnt work

Sinceyesterday I try to logib into the game: I allways have the massege Username/Password wrong.
BUT I can login into the webpage/Forum. I tried it with another account; allways the same. I changed may password - no login is possible.
I need an advice, pls.

You may have a complex password, the Launcher doesn't like special characters. Stick to alphanumeric.
