Missing invaders (several cases) - reset reward

Hi, I usually wouldn’t post about the occasional missing reward but I have not received 3 fort rewards (14 medals) and last night before the city reset I also didn’t receive (6 invader). What’s worse is that the server resets to resolve the challenges with city meant that others not only received a reward but then again and again at each reset tripling the amount they received. They also got rolls on bags.

Is there anything I can do about this. I’m concerned I am experiencing a bug although I am unaware of how to replicate it.

TLDR at this point I am 20 invaders short and there was multiple rewards receivers by others as result of reset.

if you happened to be in a fort when zones got locked some got invaders some didnt
