[SM] - Gear Progression

My SM is almost career 40 renown 50, currently in Annihilator set. Having trouble finding a guide for what my next steps should be. I should be hitting as many forts and city sieges as I can right?

Should I be doing any of the PvE dungeons? Or should I just be focusing on RvR or SC?

For reference, primarily I just want to be as useful as possible in a WB.

SC/PVE dungeons have DPS gear for tanks (city dungeons also have some nice influence rewards). If you want to be useful in WB, continue taking zones, forts and cities for RvR currency (medallions) for your defensive sets (Conqueror, Vanquisher, Invader, Defensive Sovereign).

Gunbad has some nice block/parry jewellery but you can buy them from AH alternatively.
