Sudden Experience tick

I was simply entering the Empire Warcamp when i suddenly got a HUGE exp tick coming from nowhr.

Not sure how this goes, so here is the screenshoot:

Its just a visual bug. You got all the XP for your level simply shown in the box. you gained nothing out of it
