Ability to hide Buffs under Your Status and Target windows

Although I use a wide variety of mods, I actually like the default Your Status and Target UI windows. However I already have an alternate addon to display Buffs and Debuffs so I'd like to be able to disable that doubled up info. I've tried Phantom and the Layout Editor to no avail, and I can't seem to find an Addon that replicates the default Targetting UI so I can customize it out. Does anyone know of a way?

And because I know some will recommend a bunch of different targetting UIs, I'm already using HealGrid for the Party/Warband/Scenario and don't like Squared.
