WL: Hack and Slash

Has WL tactic Hack and Slash always applied a 50% armor penetration to Whirling Axe? Do any others DPS have an AOE that ignore's 50% of armor?

Marauder has tactic "piercing bite" that makes all skills that require a mutation ignore 50% of enemy armor.
That includes all aoe skills and single target...

Yes, marauder has an even better tactic in piercing bite.

For the record:
WE can combine OYK and Bleeding Edge.

And if you add Broad Severing you can add two Slice strike.

Just saying... :)
