[Chosen] getting two reactionary buffs?

Hey,

i want to know is it possible that the reactionary buff - on defence: 25% chance to increase parry, disrupt, evade from 2h sword Hand of Malal stacks with the 7p bonus Tank deff souv - on being attacked: 10% chance to increase Parry, Block, disrupt, doge?

Or is it the same buff on you and you get only one?
