Can't log on

I tried loggin various characters but noone of them will log on, i get to the loading screen and then i'm back at the character selection. Also now all the pg i tried to log on are naked.

So i managed to log in and now all the stuff, both the one in my inventory and the one i had equipped is GONE. Seriously?
