Can't go beyond character screen

Hello.
I've tried with both my chars and making a new one but I can't go past characters screen. When I press play loading screen appears and I return to CS.
2 ours ago I were playing normally.

Any tips? Thanks

When you're on the loading screen, type [enter] /stuck [enter] /stuck as if you're typing into a chat box.

See if that works.

came out of SC in altdorf and nothing was loaded in, so crashed the game ,and can not log in again, i can spam press the play buttom and toon selection, nothing happens, so cant even /stuck in loading screen ;/

If possible, log into an alternate character first. This should re-prompt the 'Play' button on your main so you can do the above solution.

ye tryed to choose my WP but when i picked him, play dont work, and then he got stuck and nothing worked except for Exit so think i just wait.. i just logged into my main destro thoe.. np :/

nothing happens when trying to log in on a char which logged off in Altdorf - after pressing PLAY it just goes to "searching for allies" box and dies.
