Guild Bank Vaults

Our guild got the 1st Vault after getting level 3. We bought 4 additional rows (Total of 5 rows) but did not have the money for the last row. After logging out and coming back the next day we no longer have the option to buy the final row in Vault 1. Also to buy Vault 2 was 100 gold the 1st day and 2nd day it was over 100k gold. I waited until guild got to level 11 to obtain access to Vault 2 which we did. But now we still can't buy the last row in Vault 1 and have no option to buy more than the first row in Vault 2. Could we possibly get some assistance so we can expand our guild bank? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
