Red glow when getting hit + Imperator/Overlord seals question

Hi, so have two questions that I hope can get answered.

1. Is it possible to remove the red glow whenever you are hit, for example when using Tok or on the ram?
2. Where can I find the seals merchant and can you still get the Imperator/overlord set? or just the renown potions?
