WL RR spec?

Hi, what is the RR spec for an aoe WL (13/5/5 or 13/9 i assume)?

crit chance
str
and some def skills - futile strike + deft defender + reflexes?

Someone once told me that bringing chance to be crit to 0 should be priority for every class and I've been very happy with 3 tiers of futile strikes ever since.
then cap out str and the rest in crit chance imo.
I use parry and secondarily dodge only if i have few points that are not enough for crit

I'm no veteran though.
