About Ranked sc

Hello,
Some people join ranked sc with dominator and conquerer set and ruin our ranked scnenarios. These ppl should obtain oppressor set first to get triumphant emplem and it would be good if gear limit updated as Oppressor/Vanq. at least for ranked sc's. What do you think?

At this point i'd just love to get a scenario to pop. This is not the first time i've sat here for an hour+ in que with no ranked even going on even though there are plenty of people for a match here and there. I'm guessing they are working on how it's matching people and such. They did increase it to having to have a conq/sentinel+ ward to be able to que which is nice. I think if we can get more players to actually play ranked they'll get more data on how they should make changes and go from there. Those with lesser gear will more likely than not go down in ranked and be able to play against eachother instead of against people in full sov
