Restriction to other realm after switching to notebook

Hi all,

i got this problem the second time now. I only have Chars on destruction. I looged out two hours ago form my desktop pc and now wanna play on my notebook, but on the char screen i am restricted to order. Does this happen to anyone else ? I think it happend after the last update the first time.

i have been having the same problem if i have a game crash. i reload and im restricted.

Same if the game crash it locks me to opposite faction
Destruction: 40-BG / 40-DoK / 40-Chosen / 37-Mara / 37/Sorc / 36-SH / 36-Choppa / 24-Shaman / 16-WE
Order: 40-SW / 40-SM / 40-WP / 40-WL / 39-Kotbs / 38-BW / 33-AM / 22-WH / 16-RP / 12-Slayer
