Please HELP! Launcher problem

I already opened 2 topics but nobody wants to help or nobody knows anything. Whenever i start launcher after download, it verifies 5 steps then starts downloading 16k files! I did everything exactly in installation guide, i even deleted the whole game and install again with torrent twice. Nothing works, some people says in videos reopen it unless you don't get the upload i tried like 5 mins but launcher start updating every single time. Seems like launcher can't see the game (which are in same folder) And it's getting anoying because im trying to play the game for 2 days yet couldn't.
